Desu is a Japanese for ‘it is’. It’s often said at the end of sentences to seem cute or unwitting.

e.g:

I went to the store and bought some milk, desu.

or

DESU DESU DESU DESU DESU DESU DESU DESU DESU
DESU DESU DESU DESU DESU DESU DESU DESU DESU
DESU DESU DESU DESU DESU DESU DESU DESU DESU
